Usually, we use EMS service to ship the items, as it is safe and fast which takes only 10-15 days. However we also can ship via DHL, UPS, TNT and some other ways according to your acquirements. If necessary, please inform us when you pay and the resulting additional freight shall be borne by you. The shipping cost is Free via EMS.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from, we insure the safe of the items, if the items was missed, we will resent it to you. If you are not satisfied with the items that you have ordered, you may return the item within 7 days, but the item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer service within 3 days of delivery. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Customer Service, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

After placing an order, we will send the shoes to you ASAP, and then send the tracking number to your e-mail. So, when you register an account, please write down your accuracy information.

If you send the shoes back to us without our agreement or something happened during the returned process, we have rights to make no refund to you. Return and full refund In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems and then contact, we also make a good deal, you can send the items back to us (you will pay the shipping cost), once we receive the products, we will give you a full refund.


If you want to exchange for the products, and the product meet the condition of replaced. You need to send the products back to us (you will pay the shipping fees), when we receive the products, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. We will send the new items to you with free shipping.

Our website cannot give a full refund for quality problems such as:
"The product does not look like the ones in your picture."
"The product is not so same with what had imagined to be."
"I am not satisfied with this product."
The above reason is not belong to the returned reasons. The items are not damaged by external reasons. So a little difference is normal phenomenon.
