| Common Solutions
to Username and Password Problems
Your username
may be incorrect. Your username is the
logon name that you selected when you signed up
with PM Online. Normally this is the same as your
email address (but without the @pmcol.com).
Example: If your email address is johndoe@pmcol.com,
you would enter: johndoe as your logon username.
Double check that the username that you have
entered is correct.
Your password
may be incorrect.
You selected a password when you signed up with PM
Online. All passwords must contain a minimum of
eight characters and may contain, letters, numbers
or a combination of the two. Double check that the
password that you have entered is correct. Since
the password is not shown, you will want to retype
the password to ensure that is was entered
correctly.
All characters
must be lowercase. If your username or
password contains letters of the alphabet, they
must all be lower case. UPPERCASE characters will
prevent you from logging in to the server. If you
have any UPPERCASE characters, change them to
lowercase.
The dial-up
access number may be incorrect. Our local
access number in Pageland, SC is 843-675-2800.
Make sure that you do not have "use dialing
properties" checked in the dial-up networking
connection properties for this connection and be
sure that your modem is installed properly.
